1. User Eligibility

cm2bet services are restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions without exception:

• Must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited under local law.
• Must not be an employee, representative, or immediate family member of a cm2bet employee.

cm2bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Information

Users must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering a cm2bet account. This includes full name as stated on the identity card (MyKad), an active email address, a valid mobile phone number, and the correct date of birth.

Any inaccurate or misleading information discovered later may result in the account being closed and the account balance held pending full verification.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active cm2bet account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities to avoid bonus requirements, deceive the system, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. cm2bet will investigate any duplicate accounts detected and reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any winnings.

2.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cm2bet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your password has been stolen or compromised, contact our customer service immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

cm2bet supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction, for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Payment Method Verification

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Calculation examples are as follows:

cm2bet offers three VIP tiers for loyal users: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit:

• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades depend on user activity and loyalty. cm2bet reserves the right to make assessments and final decisions on VIP tier assignments.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses through hedge betting, use of multiple accounts, or strategies aimed solely at meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and withdrawal rejection.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 Permitted Use

Users are permitted to use the cm2bet platform solely for personal entertainment and betting purposes within the scope of the provisions stated in these terms. Use that violates ethics or the law is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on the cm2bet platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Manipulation of games or exploitation of any technical vulnerabilities found in the system.
• Communicating in a harassing, offensive or threatening manner towards other users or cm2bet staff.
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information without authorisation.

5.3 Cooperation in Investigations

Users agree to cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by cm2bet or relevant authorities regarding activity suspected of breaching these terms. Failure to do so may result in immediate account closure.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 By the User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the cm2bet support team via live chat or email. Any balance in the account that is valid and has met withdrawal conditions will be returned to the user in accordance with standard procedures.

6.2 By cm2bet

cm2bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

9.3 Technical Disruptions

cm2bet is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control. In cases where a technical disruption occurs during an active game session, cm2bet will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with a fair internal process.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which cm2bet operates. cm2bet operates under a valid international licence and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing body.

Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the cm2bet platform shall first be resolved by mutual agreement. The official language of these terms and conditions is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
